而且大陆电池市场回暖,与补贴退坡,成本成为电动车企业考虑的首要因素之一不无关系。而且近期电池成组技术上又有所突破,也在帮助磷酸铁锂重返主流。比如比亚迪“刀片电池”由于电芯扁平化处理,长度可达到2500mm,电芯成组效率得到极大提升,体积比能量密度上比传统铁电池提升了50%,整车寿命可达百万公里以上;而宁德时代的CTP(Cell To Pack)技术可以让电池包体积利用率提升15%-20%,电池包零部件数量减少40%,系统能量密度增加10%-15%,最高达到200Wh/kg以上。
